Casa Mya
Nerja, Spain
When we came across what was an uninspiring two bedroom bungalow with no view in the lovely coastal resort of Nerja in southern Spain we felt that the property was missing it’s potential.
After a nine month refurbishment we created a four bedroom two storey property with a roof terrace and swimming pool. You now enter the property at the first floor living level which commands stunning views over the sea and coastline.
According to The Times “All Costa del Sol new-builds should look like Casa Mya: it has skinny brick walls edged in gleaming white, large windows, a pantile roof and a curvy pool. The four bedrooms rest on the cooler lower level with terracotta floors, white walls and polished wood doors to the pool terrace.”
The property is designed and furnished in a contemporary Spanish style with both sunny and covered terraces to enjoy what is considered to be the best climate in Europe.
