Clock Tower Park was first opened in 1890 as a philanthropic project that today still remains an important part of Liverpool’s social history.
Next Big Thing’s proposals seek to breathe new life into these buildings by introducing a mix of commercial and residential uses. All offices qualify for small premiss business rates exception so long as this is your sole office and is subject to means testing by the local authority. Clock Tower Building
At the centre of the site, the Clock Tower building has recently been developed. The works have preserved the original structure but have breathed new life into the building which it was desperately crying out for.
We have restored the building to a high standard to create thirteen offices on the ground floor and one large office space across the first floor and mezzanine area.
Chimney Building
Tucked away on site, away from the road, the Chimney Building was formerly the 'engine room' for Clock Tower Park. Having previously been home to the old laundry rooms and industrial heating boilers for the entire site.
We have restored the building to create a selection of offices with a meeting room whilst maintaining the industrial feel of the building

We restored the original buildings to a high standard and created a series of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, all of which have modern interiors but have retained the characteristics of the buildings. Inside you’re instantly greeted by a vast entrance hall that features a grand staircase.
